Editor for Mandala V3 — Privacy Policy
Oregon Code & Design, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Editor for Mandala V3 mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
The short version
Editor for Mandala V3 collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and no tracking. Your pad settings stay on your device.
Pad settings and presets
The pads you add, their settings, and any notes you write are saved on your device so they are there the next time you open the App. Preset files you import are read from the location you choose. Preset files you export are written only where you choose to save them.
Communication with your pads
The App talks to Mandala V3 pads connected to your device using MIDI over USB. It reads and writes pad settings and listens for hits so it can show and select what you play. This traffic stays between your device and your pads. It is not recorded or sent anywhere else.
Analytics and advertising
Editor for Mandala V3 contains no analytics frameworks, no advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party code. It is built only with Apple’s frameworks.
Contacting support
If you use Contact support in the App, your mail app opens a message to us with the App’s version in the subject. We receive only what you choose to send, and use it only to answer you.
Data storage
All data created by the App is stored in your device’s local storage using standard iOS mechanisms. It is not backed up to our servers. It may be included in your iCloud or computer backups according to your device settings. Reset all pads in Settings removes it from the App. Deleting the App removes it entirely.
Children’s privacy
Editor for Mandala V3 does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since nothing leaves the device, there is nothing for us to collect.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
