TrailBound Pack Planner — Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using TrailBound Pack Planner ("TrailBound"), developed by OCode Design ("we," "our," or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TrailBound, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
TrailBound is a backpacking and hiking trip planning app that helps you organize gear, food, and trip itineraries. The app offers both free and premium features.
Subscriptions and Purchases
TrailBound Pro is available as an auto-renewable annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Annual Subscription: Billed annually. The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Purchase: A one-time payment granting permanent access to Pro features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple. If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
Use of the App
You agree to use TrailBound only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all data you enter into the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in TrailBound are owned by OCode Design and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TrailBound is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
TrailBound is a planning tool and is not a substitute for proper wilderness preparation, safety equipment, navigation tools, or professional guidance. You are solely responsible for your safety in the outdoors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCode Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
Third-Party Services
TrailBound uses Open Food Facts for barcode product lookups and Apple iCloud for optional data sync. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
